This 10-15 minute inventory has been designed to provide you with assistance in evaluating your
performance management system. It is based on the six guiding principles for performance management
that have been adopted by Behavioral Pathway Systems. While this instrument should not be considered
“hard science”, it can provide helpful perspectives on the strengths and weaknesses of your system. If you
are questioning the value of your current system, this inventory will suggest where the problems might
lie and what next steps might be helpful.
