BPS has attempted to make the benchmarking process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Submitting a Benchmarking Order
Orders may be placed online or by mail.

Online Orders
Benchmarking orders must be placed online. To get started, just navigate to the Benchmark Selection Form or click here . Then select the benchmarks you desire and follow the instructions to submit your data. If you are not ready for data submission, you will be presented with the option of printing out a copy of your customized survey for completion off line and will be provided with a survey ID. You may then return to the web site for data submission. When you return, you must enter your survey ID. Once data submission is complete, you will be directed to a screen that provides you with payment options. Your online benchmarking order is then complete!

Payment Options
Credit cards (Master Card and Visa only), checks, and money orders are accepted forms of payment. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Credit Cards
Master Card and Visa are the only credit cards that we accept. Simply enter the requested credit card information into the encrypted and secure Payment page.

Checks and Money Orders
On the Payment Page, indicate that you will be paying by check or money order and proceed to print an Order Form. Complete the order form and send it with your check or money order to Behavioral Pathway Systems, P.O. Box 3121, Indianapolis, IN 46206-3121.

Benchmarking Reports
BPS benchmarking reports are generated in the form of PDF documents. Credit card purchases result in immediate availability of your PDF report on-line. A copy is also promptly sent to you as an e-mail attachment. Purchases by check or money order result in e-mail delivery of your PDF report within 7-10 days.
