When you have finished entering data into your survey you will able to submit your data and will be presented with payment options. Your benchmarking report will be delivered to you once payment is received.

Once you have selected your benchmarks of interest, click on the icon that states: "I have selected my benchmarks and am ready to proceed to the next step". A survey, based on the items you have selected, will then appear on the screen. You can review/print it, modify it, or proceed to enter data into it.

Payment by check or credit card is accepted. If you are paying online by credit card your report will be available for viewing online immediately and a copy will be sent to the email address you provide. Reports paid by check will generally be emailed within 7-10 days. In occasional circumstances, we may contact you for further information if questions related to accuracy are raised by your submission.
